Glad to report i got out yesterday and am taking it easy at home, hey onthe positive side at ;east I lost some weight ;)

Thanks, looks to be cool for another week so may not get out till after that but taking it easy is probably a good idea and will make my wife happy :)

yes indeed, against my wifes worries, I needed some fresh air yesterday and went for a walk in a local park :)
