Beautiful shots. I am glad you have been able to get out and about! I've been a bit under the weather lately, so walks have been harder for me.

I am starting to get some aches in my groin at times, hoping its not my hernia flaring up, but the funny thing is it doesnt bother me when walking, just sitting which is odd
That is kind of odd. I'd be sure to mention it to your doctor. I'm slowly getting better, but my lung capacity is pretty weak right now. The cold meds seem to be helping somewhat.

I will see how it is over the next few days and see if I think i need to go see a Dr
I spent most of yesterday onthe couch, nd probably will today, stomach is playing up so sticking pretty much on a liquid diet, hoping to avoid another blockage and hospital visit
two days on liquids seems to have helped will try a light diet today
well after I head out at 11 to meet up with a loval photography/Artist group doing a walk at a local spot
