No creo que haga falta mencionar las bondades para nuestro organismo de una caminata, más que decir que los beneficios son muy buenos para muchas partes de nuestro cuerpo. Muchos de ustedes que acostumbran a visitar mis posts los miércoles quizás se pregunten porque casi siempre inicio mis caminatas en este hermoso ¨barrio¨: bueno, esto tiene una explicación bastante sencilla; sucede que en este lugar, justo debajo de la estructura del ¨puente¨: el autobús que me trae de casa tiene su parada, además, este es el punto más alejado de la zona céntrica, si inicio aquí, tengo la posibilidad de escoger cualquier circuito para caminar; lo que me permite hacer una gran caminata ¨fotográfica¨:

Una vez que concluimos con las tomas fotográficas es momento de continuar con nuestra caminata hasta el próximo ¨destino¨: que está a tan solo un par de cuadras de este bello convento.
