Yes, not everything goes according to plan. It is good you do share those moments too as it is just life.
Weird rule from the camera not and phone is fine. Must be more behind it, maybe just a payment fee to ask to allow the camera.

        I'm also puzzled with the camera / phone rule. As mentioned, the security guy couldn't answer me either. Just said it's instructions from management. I'm sure it's about charging a fee to make some money. But then why allow photos with your phone...?
