this morning was hot and humid, but tomorrow its meant to cool down for a couple of days

As I get older i seem to complain about the weather more not too many years ago winter or summer hot or cold it didnt slow me down but now it does
Today when I walked it was only 76 but felt like 86, got so sweaty on my walk, and now the high for the day is 75
We finally got some relief from the heat, but now the Canadian wildfire smoke is moving back in so opening the windows isn't an option with the air quality being so low.
