RE: Wednesday Walk a few selective color shots

Such is life, talking to the Surgical team at the hospital before I checked out, apparently blockages can be common after the surgeries I had, some may only get them once every few years, some none, and some like me more often, one option is another surgery but they are holding off on that and hoping i have a good run, as the surgery may help, or can produce more scarring and not help at all

looking into if i need to change my diet to help, seems I should go more low fibre, and as to be expected seems a lot of what I like isnt the lowest of fibres, but thats just my own thoughts the surgical team that saw me this time, was different from the previous one I had bene dealing with and they did ask about my diet and said it should be oK

lets see how it goes

Best of luck to you! That is good that it isn't unexpected. I hope you can find a happy medium where the blockages don't come as frequently, but you can still enjoy what you eat.

Cheers the important thing seems to be to go for a low fiber diet, I got a list of whats good and bad, and some things i love I will have to drop but I didnt have them too often, I downloaded an app to track all kinds of things including fiber
they say to keep it under 10-13 per day, and looking at a few of the average days eating we do, they would all have bene within that range, in fact yesterday I didnt even get close to 10

sdo thats good in that my diet doesnt need to change to much, but bad in clearly that wasnt a factor LOL

also going to try 5 smaller meals a day instead of usual 3, maybe that will help

That's good you have a plan to move forward! Best of luck to you!
