Have you ever been in a situation where you will be left more confused than ever? That was the case of a certain Cryril, a father of three. Cryril lost his job on a day his third child was born. He had reported late to because he had to take his wife to the hospital. Prior before then, he had been reported absent from work on two consecutive occasions. His position in the job is delicate and requires punctuality.

It became clear to him that there is no other way.

Cyril braces himself up and sauntered into the office of the head of personnel to plead for leniency in the approach adopted by the company in handling his truancy. Once he came in the head of personnel looked up from whatever he was reading. He too became inquisitive to know why Cyril had to come to him. He already knows about the travails of Cyril and felt that this was a nice opportunity to get back at him.

For about five minutes Cyril stood and was watching him. He does not know where and how to begin him plea. Both men kept looking at each other with the head of personnel breaking the silence: "what can I do for you gentlemen?"
"Well, sir, ummm, emmm, goodmorning.....as Cyril tried very hard to fashion the best possible way to begin. But unfortunately his morale failed him....
