Every market day is day dreaded by men from the countryside. This is because the tax collectors usually mount at strategic places within the market area checking expired bicycle licenses.
Wayne has a bicycle and the license has expired months ago. So he does not waste much time in the market so that his bicycle will not be confiscated.
Wayne could not make sales that much on this fateful day. So he simply lay down at foot of a mango tree. As he was enjoying his siesta a voice came to him and said that he should rest no more, pick your things and leave immediately. He coud not understand exactly what the silent voice said to him.
Soon the dreaded tax force members drove by and spotted him. They stopped and woke him up from his hand little nap. He did not argue with them because he knew already that he does not have a valid license.
They took his bicycle away, leaving Wayne to mourn his misfortunes.
