Yes, it's best to try to talk it out first, one-on-one. If that doesn't work, appeal to others to support you. Landlords, neighborhood associations, local government regulators, whatever it takes!

Nothing beats having #GoodNeighbors.

        Hi @carolkean, happy day and thanks a lot for the comment.
        The best thing is to have good neighbors and live in community in peace.
        There is nothing more sacred than the peace of home and the enjoyment of it.
        Personally, I am not going to talk to that girl, she is very poorly educated and pedantic and mistreats people a lot and usually screams and acts haughtily.
        The problem is that if one raises her voice demanding respect, or puts her in her place with a complaint demanding that she respect, she simply denounces you for mistreatment of women and gender violence.
        When they do that, the man is immediately arrested for up to 8 or 45 days, while the investigation for gender violence is carried out. If it is true that the law is good for defending women against sexist abuse and mistreatment, it is also true that there are women who abuse it.
        By rdo in principle, what I will do is to claim the woman of the house, if there is no response I will go to the condominium, and then I will go to place the complaint in the prosecutor's office to take it to court. The last time, it was a year and a half with that problem and it didn't calm down, until I went to report it to the authorities.
        A bad way to start 2025, because of the attitude and irresponsibility of some neighbors.
