I do not like losing 20 dollars from pulling a handle on a machine.

I used to visit the casino with my grandpa. I would always come out ahead using a fool-proof strategy: I would pocket most of my "play money" and only play the cheapest slot I could find max bet - either I came out ahead, or I hung out around grandpa implying it was time to go. Eventually, he would shoo me away so he could play longer and insist I take another fat bill. When he finally said it was time to go (because either he got the "big one", or ran out of cash) then I would smile really big and show him my "winnings". I would sneak it into his pocket - sometimes he would notice and get mad, other times... it was MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

That is a beautiful memory of you and your grandpa. I was smiling the entire time while reading. Then you wrote the last part, and Mission Accomplished on your part again, you made my heart feel good.

I might be gambling wrong, I always pick the one that costs the least. My sister told me to bet higher, and she does win, but loses it. Like you, if I won more than I started with, I would pocket all but my starting amount, that is if I ever won anything.
