This morning, I passed a busy road. Under a bright blue sky and bright sunlight, a large orange truck was parked at the side of the road. Its shadow reflected strongly on the asphalt, demonstrating the intense heat and scorching heat of the day.
Behind the truck, coconut trees and power lines created a silhouette that contrasted sharply with the sky. Life seemed to go on as usual: motorcycles passed by, red cars drove by, and shops in the distance began opening for morning customers. Even for a moment, I felt like I was witnessing a slice of the quiet yet bustling life typical of the colorful tropics.
The truck might have been carrying goods from far away, agricultural produce, staples, or perhaps livestock. Who knows? Behind every large, parked vehicle, there's always a long story about a journey and the hope of reaching its destination.
