I see Florida is another holdout state with highly-restrictive medical marijuana laws and an outright prohibition against recreational marijuana. It's a shame legislators and law enforcement are so obsessed with control that they overlook the real needs of people.

        It was the only thing on this years ballot that needed 60% of the vote it got 54%. The Gov said he would find a way to stop it if it passed.
