Sometimes these kids are so gullible, you just have to keep asking them questions and listen to them.
That's what happened to my junior sister when she came out of school one day with a moody face. She was standing and everything happened around her, so it was not okay. I called her and asked her what was wrong, but my mum said I should leave her, that maybe she was suffering from mood swings.
I told my mum that she should wait, that I would have to listen to her peers. She narrated how she was bullied in school by her peers, how she was told that she wasn't intelligent or beautiful enough and that had killed her ego.
It was such a bad moment for her, but I had to console her and tell her that she should not let all those things happen to her. I felt that she should use that square and develop the boldness to also bully them back.
She thanked me and she was happy that someone could listen to her before her mood cleared. Sometimes you should need someone to hold onto and listen to them.
