The time change really pissed me off this morning. I forgot the time was to change, and yesterday when my sister asked what time I wanted her here, before I could answer, she said 7, then changed it to 7:30. I said whatever and walked off. At 7 o'clock, we would be two hours behind my husband leaving. She called me at 8, (9 the old time) and said she was leaving her house.
After the day we had yesterday, I thought she would be more fired up to get out there early. She asked me before trout season if we could fish together so she could make money. I said yes, but you have to do the fishing. Today, when I was upset at her for being so late, I told her that I was doing this for her. By the way, it is her own goal, not mine. I was happy playing in my yard, and when I felt pain, I could go inside and rest. On a boat, rest is the last thing you get.
This morning, I texted my husband and told him we just put the boat in the water, and the motor was running fine. He had already caught 5 pompano. We caught 7 pompano for all day and did not come in until 4 o'clock. Now we get a few days off because of the weather, the wind is to blow too hard for us to fish.
