I hope so. They even cleared their property. I know there was gopher turtle nests on it, they are protected. I looked on the county website and did not see any permit to do so.

The county is just adding up situations ... they will have so many fines to assess that they or their heirs will have to sell the property. Document any foolishness done toward you and report it -- just throw it on the pile.
