Lo mínimo indispensable es un chocolate al día, pero a veces eso es imposible. Es una cantidad de esfuerzo mínimo para poder hacer una caminata y recompensarnos con un chocolate.
Esa cantidad de esfuerzo o recursos pequeña nos resulta necesaria para cumplir con algunas tareas en el día. A quien no le gusta el chocolate. Aunque una vez conocí una sobrina que de pequeña no le gustaba el chocolate, eso me parecía muy extraño, casi sentía que ella no era de este mundo.
Una de las cosas que siempre le pido a mi hija que me mande a Venezuela es chocolates y aunque en Venezuela los hay de excelente calidad simplemente me resulta difícil comprarlos, no me alcanza. A veces mi hijo allá en Venezuela me compra alguno cuando realiza la compra, el sabe que necesito un mínimo necesario para seguir mis actividades diaria. Esa energía que requiero y esa alegría sin lugar a duda vienen acompañadas de un buen trozo de chocolate. Simplemente me encanta y lo disfruto.

ENGLISH VERSION
The bare minimum is one chocolate a day, though sometimes that’s impossible. It takes just a small amount of effort to go for a walk and reward myself with a chocolate.
That small amount of effort—or those little resources—is essential for getting through the day's tasks. After all, who doesn't love chocolate? I once knew a niece who didn't like chocolate when she was little; I found that very strange—it almost felt like she wasn't from this world.
One of the things I always ask my daughter to send me in Venezuela is chocolate; although excellent quality chocolate is available there, I simply find it hard to buy it myself—I can't afford it. Sometimes my son, who lives in Venezuela, buys me some when he goes grocery shopping; he knows I need that bare minimum to keep up with my daily activities. That energy I need and that sense of joy undoubtedly come with a good piece of chocolate. I simply love it and enjoy it.
