Uffda. I hope this works out ok. I have had to call places back to get the exact words they use because my knowledge of anatomy and medical terms is limited.

Our local hospital used to have a program to help people like me but it was recently purchased by Cleveland Clinic so I do not know if it is still available. I will call them to see if they can help me find a doctor.
