I guess we have hit that age where some body part always hurts. Sometimes more than one! It's not very encouraging.

I hope my knee has not lost cartlidge like my hand did. All of this pain does not make it easy not to take the pain pills. I have been trying to get off of them, but now I wonder if I will ever be able to stop. I did not think I would ever be in this shape.
