What an architectural marvel with such a unique history. As soon as I saw the building, I thought it was a palace, but then I realised that it was, in its day, a prison, which really impressed me. As you rightly point out, it is surprising that they built such a beautiful structure to house prisoners, but the intention to inspire respect as something inviolable had the desired effect. The passage of time always takes its toll on buildings.
In that sense, I am very happy that it is going to be converted into a museum. It will be wonderful for you to visit it and bring us the exhibitions that may be presented there. It will be a place of cultural interest once the work is finished, which is very good for that building and for the whole city. Thank you very much for your good work. A big hug!
