Today became a really memorable day. When woke up early in the morning, the sky was clean, there was cool in the air and a different enthusiasm in the mind. We decided that today will go to Pavagadh. Pavagadh has always been close to my heart and on the eyes because this is the place is not only a mountain but a symbol of faith and history. Here is the temple of Mata Kalika which is considered one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India. It is said that the right toe of Mother Sati fell here. For this reason, this place is considered extremely sacred for devotees.
When we started the journey, greenery covered hills were visible all around. On the way, the mind was happy to see the union of small waterfalls and the sun falling from the trees. As he climbed up, the wind became more cold. Stopped in many places, drank water, took photographs and sit for a while and saw the views. There was fatigue with every step but the passion to reach the temple was much more than that.
Pavagarh is located at an altitude of about 800 meters and its entire area is related to ancient history. King Vanshidhar was once ruled here and later many dynasties made it their land. While climbing the hill, when I saw the view of the bottom, it felt as if the whole earth is standing covered with a sheet of greenery. The view spread far and wide was going to fascinate the mind.
We kept climbing up slowly, laughter and laughter continued in the middle. Several times, just enjoyed the wind. When reached near the temple, the voice of the bells and the cheers of the devotees made the atmosphere even more sacred. After reaching there, the forehead was found, there was peace in the mind. It felt like all fatigue disappeared in a moment.
The atmosphere around the temple was amazing. A slight mist, cold air and crowd of devotees - all were giving a divine experience together. The sun started to fall while descending, and seeing the colors of the sky the heart was filled. The moment was such that it is difficult to describe in words.
On the way to return, we spent some time at the tea shop cheered and talked about making this journey memorable. This journey to Pavagadh was not just a trip, but a relaxing experience of the soul. Every time I come here, it seems that the mother's blessings have been found again.
Today was really special - faith, nature and belonging were felt together.
