A touristic tour to enjoy the summer and the beach [eng/spa]

The tourist route I share today, which has become one of my favorites to enjoy the intensity of summer in my city, I discovered it on a shopping day. Since then, this area that stretches between 70th and 84th streets in Havana's elegant Miramar neighborhood, including 1st and 3rd avenues, is among the places I choose to relax walking among buildings with impressive architectural facades, and end up enjoying a delicious swim at the beach

La ruta turística que comparto hoy, que se ha convertido en una de mis preferidas para disfrutar de la intensidad del verano en mi ciudad, la descubrí en un día de compras. Desde entonces, esta zona que se extiende entre las calles 70 y 84 del elegante vecindario de Miramar en La Habana, incluyendo las avenidas 1ra y 3ra, se encuentra entre los lugares que escojo para relajarme caminando entre edificaciones con fachadas arquitectónicas impresionantes, y terminar disfrutando de un delicioso baño en la playa.

This area of the Cuban capital is really very beautiful, and has the facility of having several tourist facilities. Access from any point of the city is very easy, because on 70th Street there is a bus stop that offers tourist tours to the best places of interest.
In this area is located the Meliá Habana Hotel, which is one of the most renowned in the city. Right in front of the hotel is one of the city's Business Centers, where you can find a variety of stores that offer a wide range of services. You can find travel agencies, stores, cafes and business and sales offices. This is a property that offers the convenience of providing several and varied services in the same space.

Esta zona de la capital cubana es realmente muy bonita, y tiene la facilidad de contar con diversas instalaciones turísticas. Para acceder desde cualquier punto de la ciudad es muy sencillo, porque en la calle 70 existe una parada de autobuses que realizan los recorridos turísticos por los mejores sitios de interés.
En esta área se ubica el hotel Meliá Habana, que es uno de los más reconocidos de la ciudad. Justo en su frente, se localiza uno de los Centros de Negocios de la ciudad, en el cual radican disímiles locales que brindan servicios diversos. Se puede encontrar agencias de viaje, tiendas, cafeterías y oficinas de negocios y ventas. Este es un inmueble que ofrece la comodidad de prestar varios y variados servicios en el mismo espacio.

Whenever I walk through the area, I am fascinated by the architecture of the iconic Panorama Hotel. It is incredible how such an old building continues to catch my eye. This venue is currently undergoing an investment process, as it was closed during the period of the Covid 19 pandemic, and it is desired to return to work with higher quality. I hope it will reopen its doors very soon!!!!
Across the street from the Panorama, stands the Gran Muthu Habana hotel, which is a much more modern facility, and impressive as well. I think both hotels have a perfect blend of novelty with longevity.
I believe that the confluence of several tourist facilities is one of the great attractions of this area, because despite being city hotels, they have the advantage of offering an unparalleled view of the sea.

Siempre que camino por la zona, quedo fascinada con la arquitectura del icónico hotel Panorama. Es increíble como una edificación tan antigua, continúa atrapando miradas. Este recinto actualmente se encuentra sometido a un proceso inversionista, pues estuvo cerrado durante el periodo de la pandemia Covid 19, y se desea que vuelva a funcionar con mayor calidad. Espero que reabra sus puertas muy pronto!!!
En el frente del Panorama, se erige el hotel Gran Muthu Habana, que es una instalación mucho más moderna, e impresionante también. Creo que ambos hoteles tienen una mezcla perfecta de novedad con longevidad.
Considero que la confluencia de varias instalaciones turísticas, es uno de los grandes atractivos de esta zona, pues a pesar de constituir hoteles de ciudad, tienen la ventaja de ofrecer una vista al mar inigualable.

At the beginning of the post I told you that I made this tour for the first time on a shopping day, and it was right in the place I show you now, in the Marealta boulevard. This space is also very new, and is currently one of the most visited shopping centers in the city.

Al inicio del post les contaba que realicé este recorrido por primera vez un día de compras, y fue justo en el lugar que ahora les muestro, en el boulevard Marealta. Este espacio también es muy nuevo, y actualmente es uno de los centros comerciales más visitados de la ciudad.

Finally comes the best part, and I end my tour at the boardwalk at 3rd and 70th. Even though I have visited this place before, I always enjoy it as the first time. Many gastronomic centers converge in this area, which I find very attractive because they all have a ranchón structure. The place also has a recreation area for children, parking area and usually you can listen to very good music.
Despite all the options that this place has, I still prefer to get lost in the immensity and the blue sea that accompanies it, and let the swaying of the waves bathe me.

Finalmente llega la mejor parte, y termino mi recorrido en el paseo marítimo de 3ra y 70. A pesar de que he visitado este lugar otras veces, siempre lo disfruto como la primera vez. En esta área confluyen muchos centros gastronómicos, que me resultan muy llamativos porque todos tienen una estructura de ranchón. También el lugar posee un área de recreación para niños, área de parqueo y por lo general se puede escuchar muy buena música.
A pesar de todo las opciones con que cuenta este lugar, yo continúo prefiriendo perderme en la inmensidad y el azul del mar que lo acompaña, y dejar que el vaivén de las olas me bañe.
