Otra razón por la que es muy popular es por las curiosas entradas que existen dentro del ¨establecimiento¨ que comunica con varios ¨túneles¨ que conectan con otros puntos de la ciudad; como buenos supersticiosos que somos no pueden faltar las historias de personas o ¨fantasmas¨: que deambulan por los pasillos de la ¨flamante¨¨escuela¨
