¡Hola, amigos! Es un grato placer para mí presentarme después de mucho tiempo en esta comunidad y compartir un poco con Uds. mis experiencias como madre.
Hoy me encuentro muy emocionada de contarles qué he pasado un día maravilloso. El día de hoy fui acompañar a mi hija a su presentación del liceo del trabajo realizado llamado socio comunitario exigido por las autoridades educativas para poder obtener su título de Bachiller, aunque ella aún no se gradúa, ya que este año es promovida al noveno grado tuvo que presentarlo también, anteriormente este trabajo socio comunitario o labor social lo presentaban los jóvenes en su último año de secundaria ahora es exigido desde el inicio de la misma.
Una actividad muy emotiva donde principalmente lo que reinaba en los jovencitos eran los nervios, desde el día antes ya se sentía esa emoción, pero al mismo tiempo el temor a no hacerlo bien, allí es cuando una como madre tenía la responsabilidad de apoyarla y buscar con sabiduría las mejores palabras para que se sintiera segura de sí misma. Mi hija me decía: Mamá, necesito que te sientes cerca de mí para que me veas a los ojos y así poder sentir que me estás apoyando.
La actividad estuvo muy bonita y divertida. Todos los jóvenes se esmeraron en realizar sus presentaciones con sus carteleras y material de apoyo; al final de la exposición entregaban un mensaje a los padres y representantes invitados.
Al culminar las exposiciones, uno de los profesores tenía preparado un reto de cultura general llamado ¿Qué tanto conoces de nuestro país? Donde se hicieron varios grupos y por cada grupo se invitó a un representante a apoyar a los jóvenes, el reto trataba de sacar un número de una bolsa y ese número correspondía a una pregunta de lugares, parques, fechas patrias, escritores, canciones, pintores, entre otros, esta actividad me pareció una forma muy divertida de poner a prueba nuestros conocimientos, el debatir las respuestas con los miembros del grupo y al dar la respuesta y cuando acertamos era genial y cuando no también porque él: te lo dije, viste que era esa, era totalmente divertido. Al final del reto se realizó entrega de obsequios a los grupos ganadores, en nuestro caso quedamos de segundo lugar.
También los jóvenes realizaron un pequeño obsequio a sus Papas por el día del Padre un barco realizado con foami color azul, dorado y blanco.
Hoy agradezco a dios y a la vida por brindarme la oportunidad de poder asistir a esta actividad, ya que es la primera vez en mucho tiempo que asisto a un cierre de actividad escolar de mi hija, para ella ha sido muy importante sentirse apoyada, ya que se siente más segura de sí misma y aumenta su autoestima, siempre he estado apoyándola dándole mis mejores consejos, mis mejores palabras, pero viviendo estos momentos a través de las fotos y videos que publican los profesores o demás padres y representantes, debido a mi trabajo, en el Monasterio, pero estar ahí compartiendo con ella viviendo esa emoción y divirtiéndonos en vivo y no por medio de una pantalla es lo que marca la diferencia.

Today I am very excited to tell you what a wonderful day I had. Today I went with my daughter to her high school presentation of the socio-community work required by the educational authorities in order to obtain her bachelor's degree, although she has not yet graduated, since this year she is promoted to ninth grade, she had to present it as well, previously this socio-community work or social work was presented by the young people in their last year of high school, now it is required from the beginning of it.
A very emotional activity where mainly what reigned in the youngsters were the nerves, since the day before they already felt that excitement, but at the same time the fear of not doing well, that is when one as a mother had the responsibility to support her and wisely seek the best words to make her feel confident. My daughter would tell me: Mom, I need you to sit close to me so that you can look me in the eye and feel that you are supporting me.
The activity was very nice and fun. All the young people did their best to make their presentations with their posters and support material; at the end of the presentation they delivered a message to the invited parents and representatives.
At the end of the presentations, one of the teachers had prepared a general culture challenge called "How much do you know about our country? The challenge was to draw a number from a bag and that number corresponded to a question about places, parks, national dates, writers, songs, painters, among others, this activity seemed to me a very fun way to test our knowledge, to discuss the answers with the group members and when we gave the answer and when we got it right it was great and when we didn't it was also great because he said: I told you, you saw that it was that one, it was totally fun. At the end of the challenge, gifts were given to the winning groups, in our case we came in second place.
The young people also made a small gift to their dads for Father's Day, a boat made of blue, gold and white foami.
Today I thank God and life for giving me the opportunity to attend this activity, as it is the first time in a long time that I attend a closing of school activity of my daughter, for her it has been very important to feel supported, as she feels more confident and increases her self-esteem, I have always been supporting her giving her my best advice and my best words, but living these moments through the photos and videos that the teachers or other parents and representatives publish, due to my work, at the Monastery, but being there sharing with her living that emotion and having fun live and not through a screen is what makes the difference.
