I was curious when I saw the purchase of LEOM, how do they function with the token supply capped off? Payout from the SIRP?

        Yeah. Paid from the SIRP. I think it is a fixed percentage. (15% seems like something) Divided amongst all of the miners LEOM and LEOMM.
