After the rain, this phrase sounds like a completed action and indeed, it often happens that the sky changes after the rain, a rainbow appears, and after it, through the gaps in the clouds, you can see glimpses of the sun.
This happens, but not always, and nostalgia can arise for such a time, especially when, like now, it has been raining for several days in a row, but there is no gap in the sky, it is dim and disturbing.
Although, a rainbow can also appear against the background of a very cloudy sky, as when I took this photo, I considered it a spoiled frame, but I did not delete it, it was possible to work with it.
And I consider this photo universal, because I can see any horizon from the window, you just need to turn on your imagination.
