Stereotype puzzles.
Sne always liked to experiment in the kitchen with meat products, but I must admit that I rely in most cases on some stereotypes that say which products are compatible and what should not be combined, and I am often wrong.
It is similar to putting together a puzzle, when I look at the blank segments of the puzzle, but do not see the necessary elements, and a child comes and easily copes with the task.
Such stereotype puzzles were the preparation of baked liver, which my wife prepared.
I could not imagine that it could be cooked like that.
Well, yes, liver loves onions, and onions love liver, everything fits together here.
But I would not have thought of combining liver with plums.
Moreover, I wouldn’t risk pouring apple-grape juice over everything afterwards!
It turned out great, exquisite taste, but later, instead of juice, we began to use red fortified wine, which added a special chic to the liver!
