Phew… what. a. week. Between storms, sick kids, economic turmoil, and Hive-Engine acting up again… it felt like being in a pinball machine. 🌀 But hey, we keep moving forward.
🚀 Highlights of the Week
Powerful HPUD: Thanks to buying the small dip earlier in the week, the HP numbers got a solid boost! One of the few bright spots in the chaos.
Goals on track: I’ve now hit 3 out of 6 yearly goals, and the others suddenly feel within reach again. That’s a big mental win.
Holding the fort: Despite all the noise, Hive-Engine bugs, rate limits, and DDOS hits, the @botlord witnesses kept humming (or were brought back online as fast as humanly possible when needed).

✅ The HP jump really made the week. ✅ EDSI and BBHO inched forward. But that's ok, BBHO goal is already reached!
✅ HBD is quietly doing its passive 15% thing. And same here, goal is already reached, just let it do its thing now!

🛠️ Behind the Scenes
Bot Adjustments: This week was all about adapting bots to Hive-Engine’s new rate limits. While doing that, I rolled out the abuse-hardened tipping bot code across the network.
Alive Tribe and BBH Payouts: Adjusted the payout scripts to work with the new tokens (thanks to the mess with LOLZ). Same for the BBH Delegation scripting. Testing is done, but final rollout is still pending, more code tweaks needed because… yeah… Hive-Engine rate limits and general unstability again.
Curation Impact: My reshuffling of delegations is finally showing measurable returns in curation earnings. It’s one of those satisfying behind-the-scenes optimizations.
🏃 Life Behind the Keyboard
Work has been hectic with end-of-year pressure and the overall gloomy economic mood. On top of that, both kids were sick, which meant hospital visits and lots of care at home. Oh… and the autumn storms weren’t exactly energizing either.
👉 This translated into just 15,000 steps for the entire week, far from my usual 15k/day average. 👉 Also, way fewer posts than I’d like, and zero time to reply to all your comments (sorry folks ❤️).
But… the witnesses stayed up, the payouts are coming together, and the Hive goals are still on track. That’s a win in my book.
🌱 Closing Thoughts
Sometimes it’s all just about keeping things running when life throws storms at you.
The HP push keeps the bigger picture alive, and with 3 of 6 goals already met, there’s real reason to feel good heading into the final stretch of the year.
