I have been posting a lot about my personal life lately. I thought it time I do another post about The BBH Project.
I got contacted yesterday by @goldenproject asking if I would like to do an interview about being a HIve Witness and of course I jumped at it. Keep an eye out for his post in the coming week. I won't spoil it here but here is one he did with Actifit: Meet Our Hive Witnesses: Special Edition #6 Featuring Actifit.
So why do I run a Hive Witness with the @thebbhproject account and why am I always looking for support? I believe sometimes that what I am building some people have a hard time believing. The number one thing I am building is to give back to the community. As my mission statement says: Make BBH the most profitable income token on Hive for its holders. After reading that I think it is time to update it.
Mission Statement: To make The BBH Project the most profitable, for its supports, project on Hive. Yes much better.
I think what I am achiving is different from what all other Hive Witnesses are doing, now don't get me wrong, all the other Witnesses are doing fantastic stuff on Hive. But we all got one thing in common. The number one thing you do as a Witnesses is keep the blockchain secure and sign blocks. This is it. Everything else that Witnesses do is secondary. But the secondary work can be very important also.
Some can code, some can build Dapps, all helping to make HIve a richer ecosystem.
Yes, you do get rewarded for running a Witness. You get rewarded in Hive everytime you produce a block.
Over the last almost 5 years I been building The BBH Project and I give back to my supporters. Though drip day, every Saturday I send out tokens to holders of the BBH token and the Stakers of the BBHO token. I have build multipul streams of passive income for The BBH Project in that time. And I want to keep growing it so I can give back more.
When I tell people this I always get the question: Why do you want to give back so much? It is a simple answer and a true answer. The more I have to give back the more I am earning myself. It is that simple. A win win situation. The better I do, the better you do.
Hive Witnesses use there earnings for running a witness in different ways. Some do it full time and the earnings are their living as they working on maintaining and improving the blockchain in different ways. Some Witnesses use the funds earned to put back into their Dapps or help build other programs/websites that can help the average user.
I want to give back a large portion of my earnings from running a Witness back to the people that support me. That is not a bad thing is it?
The higher you rank as a Witness the more earnings you get. If you can break into the top 20 witnesses then that can be a large amount of HIve. This is my long term goal.
But none of this can be done if people do not understand, firstly that there are Witnesses. You would be surprised how many people don't know. And secondly if people don't understand what I building and why I believe I should be supported then the growth I want to see for my supporters will not happen.
But I can tell you this much. I will be trying my hardest to hit my mission statement until I take my last breath on this earth.

WITNESS UPDATE
239 fracking sauce days as a witness we managed to get into 65th place. What a battle this is. Up to 404 supporters. 404 supporters, did you read that. That is Awesome Fracking Sauce. Nothing wrong with that. But I want more, I want to keep growing fast, moving up the charts fast. Business mindset people.. Now the hard part begins. Getting the word out to more people.
I know we will keep moving up the charts. The higher we are, the more Hive income there is, and the higher Drip Day payouts will get. Remember that. That is what is important.
This morning we are in 65th at 7,09,922 in support. Yesterday we where at 7,067,116 HP in support. To get into 64th place we need another 190,981 in support. Yesterday we needed 192,677 in support. We need alot of little or some big support to come in. Tell the world.
DEDICATION
Let me start with the fact that I have been on this blockchain now for 2117 days. And I am extreamly proud to say my posting streak continues. I have now done at last one post a day for 2117 strait days. Yes, from the 1st day I joined. I have not missed a day.

I tell you this now every day now to try and motivate you. As your noticed I already have the dedication.
CURATION TRAIL
No new members to the Curation Trailover in the last 24 hours. We are now 340 strong. The new goal of 500 members by the end of 2025.
What is the point of a curation trail and why should I join?
Any post that I up vote, everyone that is upto 340 possible upvotes.
When you join the trail you can set your trail vote to what ever you want. Even if you set the up vote to 0.01. Imagine if we had 1,000 people in the trail that would be 10.00 to the post. Fantastic stuff. A little difference can end up making a giant difference to a Hiver.
That being said, we do have 340 members, I know not all are active, some have passed, but the majority of use are still here.
Imagine if we could get 100 people doing just 1 blog post about the curation trail. Do you think the membership would go up quickly?

BBH RELEASE PRICE
I now set the release price of BBH to the markets daily. It is an open market so sometimes you can pick up deals when others are selling cheaper than my set price. The goal is to have 1 BBH = 1 Satoshi. I do a bit of math and get the price. If Bitcoin is stronger than Hive then the price of one BBH goes up and if Hive is strong than Bitcoin then the price goes down.

DRIP DAY
Saturdays are Drip Day. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.
I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.
If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the PIMP token, and CTP Tokens and SLOTHBUZZ.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, PIMP, CTP, SLOTHBUZZ. and LEO tokens.
If you stake 20,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of swap.btc, BRO, and DUO tokens
If you stake 5,000 or more BBHO tokens you got a drip of BRO and DUO tokens.
If you stake 2,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of DUO tokens.
All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.
Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.
And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you. There was an update to the tipping bot. If you now tip 1 BBH you get 1 BBH also. How facking awesome is that.
