Hi I’m a bit confused with BBH & BBHO tokens. Are they different? Is there a post I can read to learn more details between the 2 tokens?

Very simple. BBHO is the native token of www.thebbhproject.com tribe the same as Leo is the native token of InLeo.
BBH is the tipping bot and income token.

Got it. In terms of the drips:
BBHO
- stake 5000 to receive BRO
- stake 2000 to receive DUO
BBH
- hold ##amount? To receive drips of Hive, and other HE tokens

Yes, BBH you only need to own it.
So if you stake 5000 BBHO you will get both BRO and DUO
