You know it's funny. I've been here since spring, 2016 under Steemit (lurked until joining in July, 2017), and I never knew about the connection between witness votes/support and WORKERBEE tokens.

Until I saw the mention of it on your blog. :)

Since then I've been picking up a few here and there in order to better support the handful of witnesses that I vote for.

Better to find out about it late than never, right? :)

Question: I have my WORKERBEE tokens staked to my account but delegated to someone else's in order to earn a drip of BEE tokens (I like drips), I'm assuming that won't affect the witnesses that I vote for?

Awesome, I am always happy when I help educate people :)
You can still vote for witnesses, but if you have your workerbee delegated then they wont help the witnesses you are voting.

Thanks for that informative response. I'll have to decide what to do now. I may just leave the current WORKERBEE staked and delegated, and then simply stake (but not delegate) any new WORKERBEE so that it will benefit the witnesses that I support, that way I have the best of both worlds. Thanks again! :)
