That's the facts, most of the Gen z are really suffering from this
I believe this post will help some people to control how they spend time on their phone
The phone is a great tool, but the creators of technology don't let us understand it, because it is a very powerful information provider and distributor, so they desperately control everything in that and keep you stuck in simple, vulgar entertainment.
