I think it will be tough for tribe tokens to pass Hive in price, but I don't think its impossible. It's unlikely though, and Hive is still the biggest thing here. It is involved in so much things and has way more use cases.

Volatility is a bit low on the Hive, I don't know whether it'll go down or up when volatility starts but maybe we may not have an All time low in the teens cents
Hive still continues to go down but I am hopeful that it would bounce back
