From what I've seen over the last few years, you have put in the effort, you did the thing, you showed people grace, and you encouraged them to make better content. You are still doing it!
But every time I see someone complain about poshtoken. It seems like a scam. If people actually cared about what you were doing. They would bring it up to you unrelated to them getting a dislike on their post.

They just like having excuses to justify their own shitty actions, like pointing to ecency's shitty point system when they start selling votes for instance.
Poshtoken is proven to be non-profit however, if people think the traffic/what it does is not worth the reward pool spend we can adjust any time or pause it, i couldn't care less at this point.

Posh token is complicated. There is sweat equity in that thing. It is worth something. Is it worth what we pay for it? I don’t know, I would have to look at it. It’s complicated enough it would take me a while to look at it and if I’m going to disagree with you on something, the least I can do, is make a case to you with some type of solution, so then we can at least talk about it.

I pointed a project that I don't have huge knowledge but looking to the rewards make me think and I find it strange that daily posts, which always have the same content and seem to be automated, have so many daily rewards.
If you think I did that maliciously to defame people, that wasn't my intention; in fact, I even participate in some of your projects.
If I thought you were just a farmer, I would never have interacted with your projects.
Besides, at the beginning of POSH, when it was related to Twitter, I helped by sharing content there; however, when they moved to Reddit, I gave up because I don't use it.
Regarding the Value Plan, there's no need to insult me, as this was my last attempt to showcase Hive here in Portugal using the Value Plan funds.
However, what my project received means the Hive logo appears on national television during various handball games, and people see the logo whenever they go to the arena, becoming familiar with it.
However, perhaps there are other projects that don't achieve this level of exposure and are more expensive.

First of all, I never received any comments (good or bad) about these posts from my weekly BBH summary.
However, I'm not going to discuss whether their impact on inflation is that significant for Hive.
But that's not the important point here either.
I never joined Hive thinking I would earn/live off the money I earned here.
I joined because I met some Portuguese people who told me about Hive.
Regarding "they do the same so why shouldn't I," I never thought I would do the same as them.
That was never the thought and never will be.
Regarding the Value Plan funds, I can only speak about those allocated to the project I'm managing, trying to bring in people who normally don't have contact with crypto but who can have an excellent experience through social media and change their thinking about crypto.
But as I said, at the end of this season this initiative will be closed by my decision.
Although I'm not a financial management person, I can see that I'm not getting the expected return, so I'm stopping using funds for this.
However, these funds ended up being used by others who may have less exposure.
I'm not going to be the problem in Hive or ValuePlan.

HIVE is not free. We sacrifice capital appreciation in exchange for content with the HOPE, that people will write things they like, and cherish the HIVE they have earned.
That formula is broken. It’s not working as designed.

instead we get autovote farming, vote selling through delegations (@eds-vote and many more potentially), authors earning rewards for no effort they'll have a super easy fun time dumping cause they got it for free, etc.
There is real value in HIVE. And a lot of good things have been built around here. There are a lot of solid projects. HIVE is worth cherishing in my opinion.
People don't have to do much at this point, they just have to actually CARE about the ecosystem. The problem is, caring about something is way fucking harder than not caring. Like they are polar opposites. They aren't even comparable.
The whole point of crypto "was" to get money out of tradfi and into a “more” democratized digital world where commercial banks and central banks don't just control us.
People on HIVE do the opposite. They live off HIVE and just sell it constantly for fiat.
