Nicely written. I'm one of those that has been doing the daily manual voting for 8 years. I did try a couple automated voting tools way back in the early days, but haven't looked at them recently.
This looks like it may be time to give it another try. Appreciate the detailed info.

I used to also do it all manual, but then, due to life interfering, I had a break of several weeks, a few times. Then I started looking around, and came to hive.vote (well, actually, back then it was still on Steem even).
What I mostly love about it is that you can set it up, as an extra to your manual voting, it catches up when you left off. It doesn't steal your manual powers away...
