I think you can log in to Hive-engine.com and click deposit and choose SBD from the wallet page. Same on tribaldex.com from the wallet page

I would consider swapping it to STEEM in your STEEM wallet first and transferring that as there doesn't seem to be any liquidity pools for SWAP.SBD
