As a trade, from what I know, (I stand to be corrected) there are two main ways you can trade, either Scalping or Swing trading. Both has the same goal which is to make profit, depending on your skills, trading psychology and how good you are at managing your risk. If you understand these, it will help you choose your best method that fits your personality and goal
Scaping in Crypto Trading
Scalping is one of the fastest paced trading strategy in crypto trading. It's when you make multiple trades in a dey to capture small prices. The aim of scalpers are to make profit from any tiny fluctuation in thr market that occurs within minutes or seconds as they choose. Scalpers do not hold the market for long like hours or days. They enter and exit quickly making them to be able to make so many trades in a day.
In Scalping, traders are more consistent in making small profit since the market is volatile, they take advantage of this changes by using high leverage and large position size to make small and steady gains in the market.
Scalping it's not that easy as some people may think, it requires a lot of focus, discipline and you must have thr speed to be able to monitor the charts and react quicky to price movements. If any delay is made the delay could turn the winning to loss.
A person who wants to be a scalper must know how to dedicate several hours in a day to trade with a very fast internet since scalpers trade in seconds and minutes so that you can make quick discission and can handle high pressure because in one second the market can reverse making you lose the little you have.
THE SWING TRADING
The swing trading is the slower paced strategy that focus on capturing larger price movements over a long period of time. This swing traders can place a trade and keep it for days, or weeks. They take their time to analyze the market, the combine traditional and fundamental analysis to predict. They don't place more trades on a day, swing traders will look at the chart patterns anylyze it, they don't stare on they screen all day, when they do is to make fewer trade.
A swing traders should know that he needs to have a limited time for trading not everytime like scalpers, with a calmer and a strategic approach with a full confidence in yourself so that on times that reversals if you are sure, you can hold positions without panicking.
In crypto trading, weather Scalping or Swing trading, you choose the one that favours you. Swing has less stress but high patience and discipline.
Scalping trading, you can choose to trade at anytime.
These difference shows that any method is profitable but different mindset and tools. There's no better strategy it's all depends on you. To achieve success in trading, you need to be consistent and focus on what works for you.
