Well, that would be a rather long list, but I could mention a few very good ones. All the CENT and CCC pools, the DVS:DHEDGE pool, the SWAP.HIVE:PWR pool, the SWAP.HIVE:ATX pool, the ARCHON:SWAP.HIVE pool, the SWAP.HIVE:ATF pool, the AEGIS:SWAP.HIVE pool, among others, but those are good ones with which to start. I only mentioned ones that have daily liquidity rewards, but there are also several great pools that don't have liquidity rewards, but they do earn high pool fees. For accounts to delegate layer-2 tokens, the list is definitely a bit shorter now, but there's BEE to @bee.voter for weekly HIVE payouts, POB to @pob.voter for weekly HIVE payouts, LEO to @meowcurator for daily LEO or MEOWLEO payouts, and LEO to @lstr.voter for LEO or LSTR payouts. For HP, there are many, but @eds-vote and @dab-vote are both very good. Delelegating to @ecency is also a good idea. Those are the ones that come to mind at the moment.
