It does. It's worth noting that when my cousin set up WIT, he messed up the drip so all WIT tokens that can be awarded automatically have been awarded automatically.
I (main account is @oblivioncubed) try my best to dole out some WIT now and then when I remember it, but there isn't a lot of movement in regards to new tokens issued.
If all the WITs were distributed, it means that it is not inflationary, and that is not bad either.
