Wow, what a packed day. Full of colors, and smells, and activities, fluently productive too. Fabulous !INDEED

Excuse the question - why pain and lager? What is the connection I am missing here?

Personally, I love, and consume more, IPAs and Pale ales. Lagers are good for in between and to remember & underline how good more tasty beer forms are. Grocery store/industrial lagers mainly, of course. Many lagers, if they are not to sweet, are great too.

        Lagers take twice as long to ferment because it is done in stages with different temperatures. So, more process, room for error and double the time just to make a beer that is t twice as good as an ale.
