        Separation and distance almost always heighten emotions.
        When I see my brother and his family, the emotions bring tears (of joy) to my eyes, even though we are in constant contact via video call 🙂

        I was wondering these days how much family was missing, when communication was only through letters, 20, 30 years ago...

              One of the (few) advantages in the advance of communication technology is this, the fact I can speak with my family who are all a very long way from me.
