They are many factors that makes up a good (spousal) relationship, but I will be talking on five healthy key factors:
Such as trust, communication, commitments, mutual respect and emotional and physical intimacy.
TRUST: trust is one of the very first factor that makes up a relationship, if there is no trust, they is no relationship, so one should learn how to trust there spouse. Without trust doubt and suspicious can take root and damage the connection between partners.
Trust means having faithfulness, confidence in each other's honesty and intentions.trust strengthens the bond and allows for deeper emotional intimacy.COMMUNICATION: it is often the lifeblood of any successful relationship, communication involves more than just talking -it expressing feelings honestly, resolving conflicts respectfully etc. communication helps couples to understand each other's needs better.
COMMITMENT: commitment involves efforts, sacrifices and compromise. It means making a conscious decision to stay, work through challenges together.
MUTUAL RESPECT: respecting each other's opinions, valves and differences. In a respectful relationship, both partners feel heard and valved. Respect also means honouring each other's boundaries goals and dreams. Without respect they can be no fruitful relationship.
EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL INTIMACY: in a healthy and meaningful relationships emotional and physical intimacy are vital, each plays a very important role, without emotional connection and physical touch can lead to dissatisfaction or confusion in a relationship.
