Hello friends of the community, I hope you are enjoying your weekend! Here everything is fine, with the most annoying rest of life 😣 but here we go!!! Today as always there are some very interesting topics hehe but I'm going for this one👇

*If you had to give three physical health tips and three behavioral tips for a better life, what would they be and why?

I'm going to give these tips for whoever wants and needs to read them hehe but I'll definitely write them as if someone was giving them to me:

Health Tips:

1- lead a healthy and ACTIVE lifestyle, always!!! Without falling into extremism, without giving up dinner because dinner is the fattening one 🙄 just educate yourself on the subject so you can really enjoy the process, your health will thank you.

2- Exercise at least 4 times a week, find what you like the most, don't do things for fashion.

3-SLEEP at least 8 hours a day, your body will thank you, excessive fatigue sooner or later takes its toll.

Behavioral Tips:

1- Don't want to be in control of everything, this is extremely EXHAUSTING physically and mentally, it brings too much stress when you can't control everything as you want.

2- DON'T over think, the mind can play against us sometimes.

3- Ignore comments from people who have never achieved anything in life, people who give their "humble opinion" but with more venom than they should.

As I said at the beginning, these are tips that I would have loved to have been given to me many years ago, some I still apply today, others are more difficult, and others I have learned the hard way.

Sort:  

Sleep, that's the only one I can do out of the 3, haha. I am living a healthy lifestyle, but only half half though. Lol.

Don't over think? It's not easy, but yeah, we should really not do this. Overthinking can lead to depression, I do that sometimes. I hate it but it can't be helped 🙃

You stated some helpful tips for achieving physical well-being. I need to work on getting the right amount of sleep and sleeping before midnight. It's a bad habit that has affected my health having high BP. I can't help but overthink at times and it sometimes leads me to poor decision-making, so it's another aspect to work on also.

Well the body is already taking its toll, you must improve that bad habit, something that helps you is to walk in the afternoon sun, watch the sunset! It helps to produce melatonin which is the hormone that helps with sleep.
