People used to say that change is one thing that remains constant. This is a very strong statement of fact which has been proven over the years to be very true. I personally know that it is true. Anything which one has heard of before, is capable of happening again. The world is such a place where we can't predict what will happen next. We can't predict because what you have not anticipated can be happening the next. The changes which we are seeing have been occurring like this all over the years. Some people were able to acquire some knowledge and invented something. Then few years down the lane another person come up with a better ideas That is a change.
So, because change is very certain, I am writing this post for the weekend-engagement 304. I am responding to the question whether there could be another absolute failure like that of the Roman Empire. The link to the engagement is in this post

The Roman Empire had its own peculiarity. There were others too who were plotting then to take over the power from them and they did. I am believing that there is a possibility for another government or system to experience that kind of total failure in this present world system. It is very possible. We are not anticipating neither are we speculating for anyone. But because this kind of incidence had taken place before, there is that possibility that it happens again in the present system.
It is not as if the resources under the Roman empire were no more existing or functional, it was just that the power change hand and the management was no longer under the system of the Romans. It is very possible. It may happen again. Thank you.
