A good name is better than money. If money were to be that important, people who engage in rituals to make money would not be despised. Maybe you are not aware of what we call money rituals (might be it is not common in your country) but in Nigeria, we have several people who have gone to evil spirits to get money. Such people would perform some terrible sacrifices (that require human blood) for them to become rich. Having a good name is something much more important and treasurable to me than making much money. I would not take a job that I know that is criminally inclined just because I want to make more money. One can still make money decently without being identified with criminality.

Yes, I don't want to be poor. No one wants that. That is why I put myself into every venture where earning is made decently. That is my primary reason for being even on this platform. Everyone has his or her preference. I have mine. I prefer to have a good name in society rather than for people to identify me with what is not good. Money comes and money will go. A good name will promote someone and give him or her honour in the society. Making money is good, but I will make that money in a decent way. I am not going to do any kind of work that is not honest or that is counted to be criminally inclined.
