Saturday Grind: Shoulders, Biceps, and Lower Body

Another Saturday, another session at the gym.

Today, my focus was on building up my shoulders, biceps, and lower body.

I started properly after the warm-up with Side Lateral Raises.

I kept the weight just right. Not too heavy.. just enough to feel the burn.

I did 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

Next up was Front Lateral Raises, same routine: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

For the back, I used the cable machine.

Honestly, I forgot what the specific name of that exercise is, but it definitely works the muscles. 😅

Then I hit the legs with the Leg Press Machine.

For this one, I went harder with 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

By the way, I have to say sorry if the pictures look a little bit blurry.

I just took screenshots from the video I recorded.

You know it's hard to capture everything clearly while you're exercising, but I tried my best to document it.

So yeah, bear with it! 🤣

Also, to be honest, I would have loved to take more content, but the gym was pretty crowded at that time.

I got a bit shy, so I just focused on the workout instead. 😅

For a beginner's gain... here it is.

I still feel so skinny, but I know consistency is key.

I actually spent around 1.5 hours training and did a few more exercises, but this is all I can share for now.

Until my next session! Thanks for joining me today. 💪
