BPUD, July 20, 2025
We have an active Tribe called The BBH Project Tribe on HIVE. $BBHO is the token of this tribe. Bradly (@bradleyarrow) is the mastermind of this project. Like other power-up days (e.g., HPUD, LPUD, etc), Bradly settled on the 20th of every month for the BPUD! The minimum requirement is to power up at least 100 BBHO! Follow him to find out more about his project.
This time, I could power up 272 $BBHO (On my BBHO-specific account called @optional). Here is the proof of that
Benefits of Power UP:
BBHO stakeholders are eligible for drips in BRO and DUO tokens. Eligibility:
- Weekly $DUO token drip to 2000 or more BBHO holders
- Weekly $DUO & $BRO tokens drip to 5000 or more BBHO holders
- Weekly $SWAP.BTC, $BRO, and $DUO tokens drip to 20,000 or more BBHO holders
With today's Power Up, my stake reached 7,708 8,621 BBHO (+913 in the last 30 days)!

Short Diary on Saturday
On Saturday, the first workday of the week for me, I consulted only 14 patients in my chamber. Hence, it was a relaxing duty day. The morning shift was way more relaxing than the evening shift. In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for a fitness test.
After lunch, I walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes. In the night, I wanted to walk again but I couldn't. I had to look after the child while my wife was cooking. However, that 25-minute treadmill walk helped me reach 11,222 steps on Saturday (according to the Fitbit app).
There were thick clouds in the sky on Saturday. Perhaps, it rained a little at some points (according to the marks on the car). In the afternoon, there was a heavy, dusty storm. All three pictures here were captured during the short-lived storm.
