Greetings Friends
Just a quick bit of drawing practice while I give the cat extra cuddles while we fight over who gets to use my pen. (He will win this one, of course.)
I very rarely draw flowers, and have always used only image references so this was a nice little exercise.
It is probably not the most attractive angle for the flower but it felt right at the time. More practice is definitely needed.
It is a little bit scruffy and rough but I kind of like it, even if it looks more like a leaf than a flower, the addition of colour might have been nice here but I will leave it here so there is room for improvement.
