This is the first day of those 2 weeks lesson from Teacher chatgpt .
Day 1: Simple Shapes Practice
Resources : All the learning lesson has been made by AI
🔹 Goal: Build hand control and understand the basic shapes that make up most cartoons.
✅ Warm-Up (10 Minutes)
Use a whole page to do each of the following:
Draw circles repeatedly, trying to make them smooth and round (not perfect—just clean).
Draw lines across the page:
Vertical (top to bottom)
Horizontal (left to right)
Diagonal (both directions)
Draw spirals and loops slowly without lifting the pencil.
Ghost drawing: Hover your hand and move in the air before drawing—this helps confidence.
✅ Basic Shapes Practice (20 Minutes)
Make 3 columns across a page. For each column, draw:
Circle
Oval
Square
Rectangle
Triangle
Repeat this 5 rows down—try to make each shape more accurate as you go. Don’t use a ruler. Just freehand.
Tip: Focus on clean, light pencil strokes. If it’s messy, do slower strokes and try again.
✅ 3D Shape Practice (15 Minutes)
Now turn those 2D shapes into 3D by adding depth:
Turn circles into spheres by adding shading or a curved line.
Squares → Cubes
Rectangles → Boxes
Triangles → Pyramids
Use light shading to show the illusion of form. Just shade one side to give it dimension.
✅ Observation Sketch (15 Minutes)
Look around your room and pick 3 real objects. Try to break them down into basic shapes. For example:
A mug = Cylinder + Oval
A TV = Rectangle
A lamp = Cone + Cylinder
Draw the shape-based version of each object. Don’t worry about details—focus on the “bones” or structure.

And it's done the 1st hours learning to become cartoonist for the first day of this lessons .
