Nature Reclaiming the Riverbank [Esp/Eng].

Hola a todos mis amigos de esta maravillosa ¨Amazingnature¨-¨AN¨-¨Community¨: Hoy, como todos los domingos, les estoy compartiendo fotografías que hemos hecho en nuestra caminata ¨científica¨: . A diferencia de otras veces que acostumbramos a caminar en este encantador ¨espacio¨: lo hicimos en las calles del microcentro correntino. Les comento que esta es la tercera semana consecutiva que visitamos el centro de la ciudad en busca del "animal" más "bello", para participar en este genial ¨concurso¨: es una excelente iniciativa de nuestros amigos que no se lo pueden perder.

Hello to all my friends of this wonderful Amazingnature-AN-CommunityToday, like every Sunday, I'm sharing photos we took on our scientific hike. Unlike other times when we usually stroll through this charming "space":this time we did it in the streets of downtown Corrientes. I should mention that this is the third consecutive week we've visited the city center in search of the most "beautiful" animal to participate in this fantastic "contest":it's an excellent initiative from our friends that you shouldn't miss.

Si bien es verdad que me encantan las caminatas que hacemos en la ¨reserva¨: debo decir que las veces que caminamos por la ribera de la ciudad dimos con cosas muy interesantes y llamativas para compartir con los apasionados de la naturaleza. En esta ocasión dimos con un ¨ave¨: hermosa, que es originaria de ¨América¨-del-¨Sur¨: , como saben, es el continente donde está Argentina, el país donde resido. La novedad no es que hayamos dado con este bello ejemplar; lo curioso es la situación en que lo encontramos. Como pueden ver en las tomas, estaba explorando un ¨nido¨:  de otra especie diferente a la suya. Con mi esposa estuvimos viendo su comportamiento, y era visible que se sentía atraído por la preciosa construcción, algo que es admirable de los dueños originales del nido.

While it is true that I love the walks we take in the ¨reserva¨: I must say that the times we walked along the riverbank of the city we came across very interesting and striking things to share with nature lovers. This time we came across a"bird":beautiful bird, which is native to"South America":, as you know, the continent where Argentina, the country where I live, is located. The novelty isn't that we found this beautiful specimen; what's curious is the situation in which we found it. As you can see in the photos, it was exploring a "nest": of a different species. My wife and I were observing its behavior, and it was clear that it was attracted to the beautiful structure, which is admirable of the nest's original owners.

Como verdadero apasionado que soy, me encanta admirar las cosas bellas de la naturaleza; como esta sencilla ¨planta¨: de ornamentación natural originaria de ¨África¨: que se ha adoptado muy bien en muchas partes del mundo, pero hay que tener cuidado con ellas, dado que en algunas partes del mundo son consideradas como plantas ¨Invasoras¨: La naturaleza es sabia, pero cuando intervienen las personas, pueden llegar a cometer algunos tipos de errores.

As a true enthusiast, I love admiring the beautiful things in nature; like this simple "plant":of natural ornamentation originating from "Africa":which has adapted very well in many parts of the world, but care must be taken with them, since in some parts of the world they are considered "Invasive":Nature is wise, but when people intervene, they can end up committing some types of errors.

Desde que era muy pequeño, llamó mi atención esta preciosa planta, sobre todo cuando la veía sumergida en las aguas. Siempre pensé que la planta crecía a orillas del río, y cuando el caudal subía, las raíces quedaban sumergidas Fue en este descubrimiento que me puse a investigar, y resulta que se trata de una planta ¨acuática¨:  que hay en gran parte del mundo, sobre todo en los países ¨-¨tropical¨: . Es una planta realmente hermosa; su sencilla flor es realmente muy llamativa. En algunos países se las conoce con el nombre de "flores" de "laguna".¨

Ever since I was very little, this beautiful plant caught my attention, especially when I saw it submerged in the water. I always thought the plant grew on the riverbanks, and when the water level rose, the roots were submerged. It was this discovery that led me to investigate, and it turns out that it is an "aquatic": plant found in much of the world, especially in the "-"tropical": countries. It is a truly beautiful plant; its simple flower is very striking. In some countries, they are known as "lagoon" flowers.

Si bien es verdad que la planta que les mencioné anteriormente siempre llamó mi atención, debo decir que no ha sido tan llamativa como esta preciosa ¨planta¨: . Son originarias de ¨America¨:  y se han desarrollado principalmente en los países del ¨Trópico¨:  Es muy común verlas crecer en terrenos húmedos; es la razón de que tenga un gran desarrollo en la costa de la ciudad. Son plantas consideradas rastreras; es la razón de ver cómo ha ganado terreno en toda la playa del río, incluso cubriendo totalmente a otros árboles que crecen en la ribera. Un dato curioso sobre esta especie es que no se ¨polinizan¨:  como otras plantas a través de las ¨abejas¨:  ellas son a ¨polinizadas¨: por las ¨polillas¨: .

While it's true that the plant I mentioned earlier always caught my eye, I must say it hasn't been as striking as this beautiful one:"plant":. They are native to "America": and have developed mainly in the countries of the "Tropic":. It's very common to see them growing in damp soil; this is why they are so prevalent along the city's coast. They are considered creeping plants; This is the reason why it has gained ground all along the river beach, even completely covering other trees that grow on the riverbank. A curious fact about this species is that it is not ¨pollinate¨:  like other plants through the ¨bees¨:  they are a ¨pollinated¨: by the ¨moths¨: .
