What a huge privilege to be back in this amazing ¨Amazing-nature-AN-Community¨:  To participate in our friends' third contest; This time we have the opportunity to choose two species from our "fauna and flora": and talk about them. The province where I live, called "Corrientes":, is known as "The-Capital-of-Nature":, due to its great natural diversity and recreational green spaces, true natural sites ideal for getting close to and enjoying wildlife. Because of our geographical location, surrounded by rivers,"rivers": we have an abundant and diverse fauna and flora. I want to take this opportunity to invite my friends @karoly @hjrrodriguez @brujita18 @marivic10 @ibarra95 to join us in this great and creative contest. It's an opportunity for us to showcase our culture and learn about other species around the world.

¨Corrientes¨: es una ciudad natural llena de encanto y tradiciones, amamos y respetamos lo nuestro, especialmente nuestra ¨fauna y flora¨: . Una provincia con mucha presencia de animales y plantas, puede que sea la provincia con más especímenes de ¨Argentina¨: donde se destacan animales y plantas ¨autoctonas¨: ; como el ¨yacaré¨: , y el ¨carpincho¨:  e infinidades de plantas y grandes árboles. Todo esto gracias al enorme ¨estero¨:  que tenemos en el interior de nuestra provincia

Corrientes:is a natural city full of charm and traditions; we love and respect what is ours, especially our flora and fauna:. ¨Por la enorme incidencia que tienen los ¨Esteros-del-ibera¨: en nuestra¨fauna y flora¨: es que decidí visitarlo, aunque desgraciadamente no al lugar específico, sino a un espacio de ¨interpretacion¨:  que tenemos aquí en nuestra capital, donde podemos observar a los animales que habitan en los esteros y aprender sobre sus comportamientos. Te invito a conocer un pequeño espacio de este gran lugar en el video corto que les enseño en el post. Los esteros se encuentra en el ¨interior¨: de nuestra provincia, en este lugar se está llevando a cabo un importantísimo trabajo de ¨recuperacion¨: de especies que ya no tenían presencia en el lugar, convirtiéndose en una verdadera ¨joya¨: de nuestra naturaleza. Por el importante trabajo que se está haciendo en ¨recuperar¨:  las especies perdidas es que escogí hablar del ¨ñurumí¨: . El ¨oso¨¨hormiguero¨ más grande de la especie

Because of the enormous impact that the "Esteros-del-ibera": have on our "fauna and flora": fauna and flora, I decided to visit it, although unfortunately not the specific location, but rather a space of "interpretation":  that we have here in our capital, where we can observe the animals that inhabit the wetlands and learn about their behaviors. Este es un ¨animal¨:  muy grande, con casi dos metros de largo de hocicó a cola y un metro de altura. es realmente intimidante, aunque no es de preocupación, dado que no tiene filosos dientes como un felino para atacar, es la razón de que su dieta sean las ¨hormigas¨: y las ¨termitas¨: que los encuentra gracias a su gran olfato, y los consume con su larguísima lengua. Algo que por poco me olvido de mencionar es de sus ¨filosas¨ garras, no crea que son inofensivos por lo que dije anteriormente. Hasta hace un par de décadas en nuestra provincia a esta especie se lo consideraba ¨ extinta¨: 

This is a "animal": very large, almost two meters long from snout to tail and one meter tall. It is truly intimidating, although not a cause for concern, since it doesn't have sharp teeth like a feline to attack. This is why its diet consists of "ants":and"termites":which it finds thanks to its keen sense of smell, and consumes them with its very long tongue. Something I almost forgot to mention is their "sharp" claws; don't think they are harmless because of what I said earlier. Until a couple of decades ago, this species was considered extinct in our province. "extinct": Everything changed in 2007 when a family and a zoo donated a male and a female. Thanks to "Ivotí" and "Preto," the names of the first specimens, we now have "anteater": in our province. It is estimated that there could currently be around one hundred specimens. Because of these fun and important stories of its arrival, I chose this beautiful specimen to represent our fauna. As for our ¨flora¨:  I can say that it is really very diverse, the fact that the ¨province¨:  located in the heart of the ¨Argentine Littoral¨:  whose natural water resources have blessed us with a vast array of plants and trees

Vivo en una ciudad cuya ¨flora¨:  es encantadora y podía pasar una eternidad hablando de todas las especies existente, por eso escogí un ¨arbol¨:  precioso que tiene mucha presencia en las calles de mi ciudad. Si bien no es un árbol autóctono de la provincia, dado que tiene sus orígenes en ¨Madagascar¨: fue introducido hace muchos años por ¨inmigrantes¨ europeos, y por su adaptación se lo podría considerar propio de nuestra tierra. Este precioso árbol me trae muchos recuerdos de las tardes que pasaba con mi abuelo sentados bajos sus sombras hablando de una ¨leyenda¨: india que tiene este preciso ejemplar, me gustaba oír la voz de mi abuelo mientras observaba sus preciosas flores; estos son esos momentos importantes de la vida que uno atesora en su corazón. Aquellos que deseen conocer más sobre esta especie les puedo decir que tiene poderes curativos, y que además de ser un árbol de ornamentación tiene muchos otros usos, sobre todo en el trabajo de carpintería. Estas preciosas fotografías las tome al momento de visitar el centro de ¨interpretacion¨:  y para llegar a él tuve que pasar por el interior de este hermoso espacio ¨recreativo¨:  que alberga muchas especies de plantas y árboles; un lugar encantador donde amo hacer mis caminatas ¨científicas¨: 

I live in a city whose flora is enchanting, and I could spend forever talking about all the existing species, so I chose a tree beautiful tree that is very common in the streets of my city.
